	All participants must complete paired cases (a series) consecutively.
	You may exit after finishing the first case and return at a later time to complete the series. However, if you exit a case study before its conclusion, you will have to start that case again from the beginning.
	You will be asked to make choices concerning the patient's treatment. After making each choice, you will receive feedback from the case study author. You can also click on the appropriate icons and view different types of media throughout the cases (eg, ECG, x-ray, angiogram, etc).
	By pressing the "Survey Results" button available at each stage, you can view a graphic comparing your choice(s) with that of other users.
	Please note that some treatment outlined in these cases may not adhere to National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel III (ATP III) guidelines.
