SPOTLIGHT: lipidhealth.org is now an award-winning website! It was recently awarded a 2002 eHealthcare Leadership Platinum Award—the highest honor in its category—for best site design among physician/clinician-focused websites. This distinction was awarded by eHealthcare Strategy & Trends, a leading Internet publication and online resource. Criteria by which the site was judged included site design, interactivity, strong branding, and distinctive identity. More than 1,000 entries were received in 16 award classifications from hospitals, healthcare systems, centers of excellence, medical practices, health maintenance organizations, professional societies, communication/education companies, and pharmaceutical companies. A logo signifying the win (above) is now posted on the homepage of lipidhealth.org.
